Across his roles at DAMAC UAE, Stanton Chase and RGF Executive Search, Ayush has been advising Multi-nationals, Indian businesses as well as Start-ups on C-suite hiring, Leadership transitions and Succession Planning agendas with a problem-solving approach.

In his recent role with the DAMAC Group, he was the Vice-President for Leadership Hiring for the Chairman and the CHRO agendas, based out of the UAE. The businesses cut across Luxury Property Development, Hotels & Resorts, Fashion Brands, Malls & Retail, Data Centers, Manufacturing et al across the Middle East, UK, Europe and North America.

In India, with Stanton Chase and RGF Executive Search - a $22 Bn Japanese HR & Information Services Group, he led Leadership hiring engagements for Technology, Global Capability Centers, Professional Services and Oil & Gas Practice areas.

His ability to nurture relationships through a genuine, value co-creation approach; his inherent nature to upskill and enrich his learning; his natural bent towards making an impact - all of these have arguably stood him out with his clients, candidates and stakeholders.

He is an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and a Mechanical Engineer from the SRM University. His passion for academia and thought-leadership comes out through his Speaker-series and Panelist sessions at B-Schools and Engineering Institutions.
